Shipping

Normally the product will be shipped by airmail if we don’t receive any special request from the customer. Customer will accept responsibility unless sent by registered post at extra cost to the customer.

However, we can offer different shipping options to provide convenience and choice for our customer. You can consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. Shipment methods differ from the shipping lead time, online tracking availability and of course the price. We can quote you the shipping charge as requested.

Basically we can offer the following shipping types for your consideration:

a) Airmail

Airmail shipments are carried out through your local post office. It usually takes around 5 to 14 days for airmail shipments to arrive to your destination.

b) EMS Speedpost

EMS Speedpost is the local courier shipment solution from Hong Kong post. The delivery will usually take place through your local post office as well. EMS Speedpost shipments are very safe and usually take only around 2 to 4 days to reach your destination. We will provide a tracking number for all EMS shipments. While there is no global tracking possibility for those shipments, customer can track their parcels online at www.hongkongpost.com as long as the shipment is still in Hong Kong and via the local delivery company once the destination country has been reached.

Please bear in mind that the online tracking will only work once the shipment has already reached your country, which usually occurs within 1-2 days after the actual shipping date.

c) Courier shipment

For the most urgent shipping needs, we can offer courier shipment services via one of the major courier companies, such as UPS, FedEx or DHL. Courier shipments usually take just 1-3 days to reach your door step and can be tracked online at any time. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been sent.

 

Note:   All shipping lead times are for reference purposes only. In exceptional cases, longer lead times may apply and shipments may be delayed by your local customs office. We do not offer any guarantee on the shipping lead times listed.

 

Refund / Return

If the customer has found any defect on the product, a full refund or exchange can be requested. The customer must return the received item within 30 days of the delivery date. Full refund means that the original we received from customer excluding the original postage charges.  The return must be complete with original packaging (manufacturer’s box, Styrofoam, plastic bags etc) & all accessories, packing slips & tags. Replacement would be offered depending on our available stock.
